Onesaas Integration

  We have been using onesaas for some time now to pull new orders from woocommerce and make invoices in Xero but all of a sudden the connection stopped working. After being in contact with the onesaas support team we found out that onesaas is getting a ‘500 internal server error’. I’m not sure what is causing this as we have not made any changes to the website aside from updates to plugins and even after restoring the site to a previous state when it was working, onesaas is still unable to pull data from woocommerce. Any help is appreciated, cheers.
