Ongoing issues with www.downwindpress.com

    I have been on support chat multiple times since building the above website. I purchased the domain through GoDaddy and point the nameservers there to DreamHost where my webpages are hosted. Once again, something has reverted backwards and I can’t navigate to the website and instead reach a placeholder template blog page by wordpress.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DreamHost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
