Ongoing 'Photo of the Week' gallery post with updated feature image each week?

  How can I create a post which contains a gallery that I can update with new images every week to create a ‘Picture of the Week’ gallery, and have the post ‘re-posted’ to the social networks linked to my WordPress website? I don’t want to have to create a new post for each image, I would much rather add to a gallery so they can all be seen and have the post go back to the top and sent out to twitter and facebook etc each time a new image is added to that gallery.

  David,

  You can certainly add to an image gallery each week, however only new posts can be published to your social networking sites. Posts that have already been published online will not re-Publicize to your social networking sites after the initial date of publication…even if you edit or add to them.

  I have a suggestion: Instead of creating formal text based posts, why don’t you choose a theme that allows for photo-centric posts. Then, these photo-posts (text-free, if you’d like) can be publicized everytime you add a new one?
