Ongoing Technical Issues and Poor Experience for a Non-Technical Solo Creator

    Dear Support Team,

    I am writing this as a very disappointed and frustrated user of your platform. I purchased WordPress and built my website with full dedication, despite coming from a non-technical background. I was told — and believed — that WordPress, Astra, and Elementor were user-friendly, beginner-friendly platforms that make website building simple and smooth. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

    For the last one month, I’ve spent countless hours just trying to understand and fix repeated layout and speed issues. I have no technical team, no support system — I am a solo creator trying to build something meaningful through my blog and content platform.

    Despite learning and applying everything I could — from cache settings to QUIC, from Elementor sections to Additional CSS — I’m still stuck with issues like:

    White blocks or layout shifts not visible in Elementor but present on the live site

    Speed drops on mobile after updates, even though I made no changes

    Missing images or broken layout after theme/plugin updates

    Having to inspect and write CSS just to fix something as basic as spacing

    Extremely poor experience for people who are not developers

    This is not what WordPress and its ecosystem promised. My productivity is completely disrupted. I wanted to create content, grow my platform, and share knowledge. Instead, I’ve been fighting invisible code, outdated documentation, and unexplained changes due to automatic updates.

    To be honest, this is mentally exhausting for any beginner or solopreneur.

    All I ask is:

    1. Please create a simpler way for creators (non-tech) to fix layout issues without code.

    2. Ensure updates do not break existing design unless the user approves it.

    3. Give better in-dashboard support or step-by-step recovery help.

    4. Train your system to detect and remove empty elements causing layout errors.

    I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously. Not everyone is a developer — but many of us are creators with passion and commitment. And we deserve tools that work with us, not against us.
