  Can my clients book appointments on my website if i have premium. I use a software already for booking clients. Ill send them the link so they can book online. so my question is would i be able to add the link to my website with the premium plan instead of texting the clients the link

  Custom plugins would be needed in order to add a booking system and they are supported on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan:

  Plugins

  You can check to see if a plugin for that particular software is available from My Sites > Plugins — but it won’t be possible to install it without upgrading first.
