  Curious as to whether or not WP has any policies forbidding or restricting sales of hemp products and/or CBD. Thanks!

  Hello,

  Although the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp, the production and sale of hemp remains highly regulated. In light of these new regulations, we are currently reviewing our policies around CBD oil and hemp-derived products. At this time, however, we currently do not permit sale of CBD oil—whether over or under 0.3% THC, and whether derived from hemp or cannabis—on WordPress.com sites.
