Online chat not shown on WordPress.com Business Plan

    Hello, I am a WordPress.com Business plan user.
    I tried to use the online chat support as one of the features of Business Plan, but I can’t see any icon or popups on the lower right area.

    How can I make it show up? Or if there is any direct link for online chat, please let me know. Thank you very much.

    For reference, I uploaded how my WP admin page looks like in below folder.

    That’s very odd. If you’re a WordPress.com Business subscriber, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat Support (7am-7pm US EST).

    Hi there,

    You can now find the live chat window in the help tab in the top right corner of the site with the WordPress.com Business plan:

    https://techaguru.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    You can click the Help tab in the top right, and then click “Get Help” in the help options there to start a chat.

    Thank you for checking.

    Unfortunately though, when I go Help > Get Help, I still don’t get any access to livechat..
    I can only see “Choose a category,” and when I choose “Appearance,” I only have a choice of reading through FAQs, asking happy engineers, asking at the forum or watching a tutorial.. This is really weird.

    If the popup doesn’t work, then would you please just provide me with direct link to talk to them? I even updated Mac OS and Google Chrome to the latest version and still nothing has improved.

    (I got new ID with my company email for WordPress Business Plan with a hope that it will improve, but nothing improved.)

    Hi there,

    If you don’t see the chat window there, something in your browser may be blocking it from appearing. Do you have any browser extensions or add-ons installed? In Chrome, you can check that by opening this link:

    chrome://extensions/

    Please try disabling any extensions installed there to see if that allows the chat window to appear on the Help > Get Help tab.

    If that doesn’t make a difference, please let me know. I confirmed that the chat window should appear in your account — there isn’t a direct link to give you aside from the link to the site’s dashboard, so if the chat window doesn’t appear there I can keep troubleshooting this for you.

    Thank you for the prompt response. I disabled all the extensions from the provided link, but still the chat window doesn’t appear.
    What else could I do to make the chat window appear?
