  I want to open a online liquor store. I have a California type 21 off sale general license. Can that be used to sell liquor online in California or do I need a different license?

  You are still welcome to use the WordPress platform as a “self-hosted” installation on a traditional host such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. Most major web hosting providers will work, so you can just ask if the one you are interested in supports WordPress, and then they would set you up on their end.
