Hopefully someone can help! I need to be able to have someone add a service to their cart, pay, check out, and then I will be in touch with them with their order. I’m not selling a physical product or a digital product. Does wordpress have this functionality to be able to support this?

Hi there, WordPress itself (the free software) doesn’t have built in payment options, but WordPress.com will certainly allow you to set up payment blocks on your site on any paid plan. If your plan supports it, there are many other plugins that can even let you set up an entire cart system.
Would they be adding multiple services so they’d need a full cart experience, or just one or two items? We have some tutorials / videos on both options here:
