  We would like to offer service on our website so that you can buy product using a shopping cart. We found the shopping cart plugin for wordpress but it says we need a wordpress.org site in order to do this. Is there anyway around this? If not, what should we do?

  I’m afraid e-commerce isn’t possible here at WordPress.com.

  If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on e-commerce if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.

  What about having paypal on wordpress.com, and not just the donation button?

  You can have a Donate button, but not a Buy Now button.
