  Hello,

  I would like to make an online shopping website like:
  http://azadbazar.af/index.php?link=
  https://www.avito.ru/
  and other sites.
  how can design with all those sort of ads places and where people can post there own goods which they welling to sell and ads for shopping centers?
  I am totally new in website making, i tried something like https://rynok77.wordpress.com/ but somehow getting confused. first I would like to do all the design and second step will get a host and domain .

  The simple answer is you cannot do that here. No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
