  Hi, I am currently based in the UK. I’d like to know if I can create an online store in the UK. Do you have plugins for hiding the price? And how much storage do we need for more than 2 thousands photos?

  You can create an online store with us if you’re based in the UK, yes.

  Do you have plugins for hiding the price?

  WordPress.com is a hosting provider for the open source WordPress software. On our Business and eCommerce plans you can install plugins made for that software, but we don’t offer any plugins ourselves. You can search for and download plugins from the official WordPress plugin directory at https://wordpress.org/plugins/, or directly from the websites of the companies that make them.

  For an online store, we recommend WooCommerce, and they offer this plugin to do this, for example:

  You’d buy that plugin directly from WooCommerce.com – it’s cost is not included in the Business Plan you buy from us.

  And how much storage do we need for more than 2 thousands photos?

  That depends on the photos. If you resize your photos to around 1200px wide (most themes won’t show images bigger than that at full size) instead of uploading high-resolution photos, and use image opimization software like JPEGMini to reduce the file size, you can easily upload 2000 images and not even use a third of the 3GB storage included in our free plan.
