  I want to make online store on woocommerce.

  It’s totally possible make an online store with WooCommerce, and although the plugin is free as part of the open source WordPress software, you would need to source hosting for the site.

  Thankfully, on WordPress.com, hosting is built into our plans and the plan that would be required would be the WordPress.com Business plan:
