  The login issue is with your ISP, not with WordPress.com. See these please:

  The only products and/or services you are allowed to sell on any other (Basic or Premium) WordPress.COM blogs are those you personally create and provide.

  If you have an Esty account for example or any other site that has a shopping cart for your own merchandise sales then you can create a custom menu and include a custom link to it in the custom menu.
