online subscription payment

  I am trying to pay for a premium subscription for a site I am creating, but the payment keeps on failing. I did not initially set up the site, but I am an editor on it. Does the initial administrator need to be the one who pays?

  Hi there,

  You don’t need to be the creator/owner of the site, but you do need to be logged in as a user with admin rights to purchase an upgrade for the site. Editors can only manage content on the site. Upgrades require admin permissions.
