  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to install custom plugins on sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

  Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted sites that use software from WordPress.org.

  I saw a plugin on wordpress.org; I’d also dowoaded the plugin. But, How will I make it use with my website made through wordpress.com?

  To be blunt, you can’t. @garysixtyeight has already explained that there are big differences between the two similar-sounding platforms. Before you get too far into setting up your new WordPress.com site you might want to take another look at the links he provided above.
