online user manual

  Hi all,
  How can I have our user instruction manual accessible online?

  It needs to be private to that user who has purchased the product.

  However, many users (buyers) can access the same manual.

  It will be a simple PDF.

  We thought of supplying a Q code which they scan to open the PDF, however it could be a url, login, url that expires after so long – the easier the better and open to suggestions.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   @suzypow it’s not a rule, but as tt pointed out, it does let us know where you need to seek assistance since WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are separate entities. Since your site isn’t hosted here please head over to https://wordpress.org/support
