  If you have violated the Terms of Service for WordPress.com then your blog will be suspended.

  We are volunteers (for the most part), in this peer-to-peer support forum. As such we have no authority to determine whether or not a blog is in violation of the TOS. Only staff (the TOS team), can make that decision.

  Staff does not debate the issues in this public forum. You must contact them as directed in the notice on your dashboard. Sometimes replies go to your email spam folder so check there for a reply.
