Only a white screen with blue W circle

    This is the 3rd time I’ve asked for help. I don’t seem to be getting help. But I am really hoping someone can help.

    I can access my stuff by wp-admin, however, if I try to “write”, view my “reader”, or go to “my site”…all I get it a white screen with the logo. I have let it sit for 8 hours and it never loaded. I have refreshed multiple times and it never loads. I have tried on 3 laptops and my smartphone it does the same thing on all of them. I do not know what is going on.

    The last time these things loaded was December 30th. I can comment and respond via the little bell at the top right. I can post a blog by using the admin page. But I’d like to have the access to my page correctly.

    Is there something I can do? Is this a wordpress issue? What is the deal? I really would like someone to help.

    I’ll be happy to help. I have a few questions that will help me better help you out.

    Are you working in the desktop app? Or via a browser? If browser, what type and version?

    Have you already tried to clear your<a href=”https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-
    cache”> browser cache?

    Last, what is the site URL?

    Working via Internet Explorer Edge. I had tried it on my smartphone and 2 other laptops and none of them worked. I did get my spar laptop to finally load and work, but still having trouble with my main laptop.

    I’ve followed the directions and made sure to clear out everything here. I’ve made sure that JavaScript works.

    Hello. Test Results: Ping 34ms, Download 3.08Mbps, & Upload 0.68Mbps

    The computer that it loads correctly on is on the same internet connection.

    Thank you for running that test. Your speeds should be sufficient and not the root of the issue.

    Does the issue continue if you try Chrome or a different web browser?

    Could you check if you are running any browser extensions and disable them to see if that helps.
