Only blog owners can migrate subscribers

Hi,
I am trying to migrate subscribers from a WordPress.com to WordPress.org website and at some point I have this message: “only the blog owner can do that”.
I am the owner it’s the same loggin for the both websites. I am trying to migrate from :
takeabook.wordpress.com to moody-takeabook.com
Can you please help me ?

Thank you for the link and your answer. I already try to migrate but I have this message : “only the blog owner can do that” instead of : “your follower migration has been queud”. And I don’t know why.

Hi there,
The reason it won’t work for you is because your Jetpack site was first connected under the username, moodytakeabook65, so the system sees that username as the owner.
But I can do this for you – I only need the WordPress.com site’s owner’s permission, and that’s you :)
Keep in mind that if you ever want to transfer your followers from the Jetpack site, you’ll need to be logged in as the other username that owns the Jetpack connection.

Thank you so much for your help. Yes the Jetpack did not work at first with my loggin takeabook, so I create the orther username. And yesterday I finally made it work with my current loggin.
Anyway thank you I see that my subscribers are in my new website.
