Only half of the box for inserting images appears

  I am unable to upload images because only half of the media box appears when I click “add pictures” and the buttons for uploading are in the upper portion that cannot be reached. Since I can’t even attempt uploading, I don’t see how this can be a problem that I’m causing . . . please help.

  Which browser (and which version of it) are you using?

  Hi, I have the same problem. The solution that I found was that I needed to make sure that I was scrolled all the way up on the page and then clicked the button to add an image. When I do that, it works just fine. This may not be the “techy” way of doing things, but it works for me.
