only header and footer showing not the page content

I have a issue with my website, i have set every think up with the exmoor theme, this i have changed into since the same problem happened with the other theme, for some reason the content of the page is not showing up only the header and footer, and i have no idea why it is.
it shows fine in the editor but once i preview the page the content is missing. any help will be greatly appreciated.WP.com: Yes

I checked your site’s templates and noticed that you modified the
Pagestemplate (which is fine), but you didn’t include thePost Contentblock in your template.This is required if you’d like your other pages’ contents to load.
Here’s how to do it:
- Navigate to Appearance → Editor
- From the “Templates” in the left sidebar, choose “Pages“
- Edit it and add the “Post Content” block anywhere you prefer:
