only image file name showing up in post

I just created my blog (lessonplansforlife.com), and the only issue I am having is getting an image onto my welcome page. Other images are showing up fine. This particular image is a 79KB jpg image created in photoshop, so I don’t think file size is the issue. I’ve tried thumbnail and full size (the only two options available for this image). I am not able to resize the image under edit image, but I can insert it in the post and resize that way. Sometimes the image shows up fine when I am inserting it into the post but then just the file name shows up on the blog. Other times, just the file name shows up when I am inserting it into the post as well. Is there something I need to do to the file? Thanks.

Did you delete the image “LPFL logo” on your Welcome page? I’m seeing a broken link, which suggests that your image is no longer on the server.

I did not, but I just looked and see that particular image and another one that I had used in a post were no longer showing up in my library. They were both there before, but I was just having difficulty with the one image showing up in posts. I even deleted, re-uploaded and re-inserted the image before, but I was still having the same issue. I uploaded them both again just now and inserted them in the respective posts again, and things seem to be fine. It must have been a server issue. I guess I will have to keep checking to make sure images are not disappearing. Thank you.
