Only partial refund given

I have not been refunded my full amount for nbrooksdesign.com (Purchased elsewhere). I purchased a £36 personal plan, then upgraded an additional £49 to obtain a premium plan. I decided to build my website elsewhere after the plans did not do what I wanted, but when I requested a refund only £49 was refunded but my entire plan was cancelled. I need to contact someone about this but my plan has been cancelled so am unable to use the live chat features. The previous expert was unable to help, and passed me on to a happiness officer, who has not got into contact with me. I need the money back ASAP.

The domain was not purchased through WordPress so the domain doesn’t apply here. I paid for the domain through a separate site, all I want is a full refund on the personal plan that was cancelled but not refunded. Thank you for your help timethief – I’m very much a novice!

Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the domain subscription and refunded the remaining charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
