Only show part of a post on front page

I’m trying to make it to where on the main page it only shows the first bit of the post. If you check my page the ep0 and ep 1 post is very long. I would love for it to only show the first paragraph or so and then have a “Continue reading (post title)”.

Not all their posts are like this. If you look at the charr plushy post it has all of it showing, but the Guild Wars Insider Fan Art does show the whole post.
Any ideas?

You can split content in WordPress.com blog posts and pages in several ways. The most common one is to insert “the more tag” into your posts so only the beginnings are on the front page followed by a link visitors click to read the full post on it’s own page.
On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
