Only Show Post On Specific Page, Not The Home Page

My blog is currently set up to where the home page continuously populates each new post and the rest of my menu is populated by categories. My first category is “About” and only contains one post. I do not want this post to display on my home page, but I want it to display on the About category page. How can I accomplish this?

You may be better served to make your “about” section a page, rather than a post.
