Only some of my registered/accepted friends are seeing my blog

Why arn’t all my properly registered friends now being told when I post a new blog?
I think all of my friends that registered and that I then “accepted” saw my first blog but not all have seen my second or third blogs.
I thought that once they are registered and I ‘accepted ‘ them, then when ever I post a new block then they get notified by email that I have and can just click on a link in the email straight throughout to my blog.
Have I misunderstood the process ?
OR
Have I not properly set some particular thing to make it all work?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
