Only the most recent post will display on my front page

I have 3 posts (I’m just starting) and only one at a time will display on my front page.
How can I get them all (maybe 5 most recent?) to be on the front page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh drat. Is there a theme that has drop down menus in the header for other pages and parent pages that allows multiple posts to appear?

The themes listed here automatically display dropdowns to child pages in their default top menu:
