only WP logo appears at WordPress.com

  I’m trying to add a new WP site. When I type in WordPress.com all I get is a WP logo. The same thing happens on my own existing site when I make certain moves. I tried emptying my cache. nothing helps. HELP

  You should be able to add a new site from this link: https://wordpress.com/start/.
