    The previous employee that setup our site has reached out to you multiple times, PLEASE contact me so we can pay for our domain and get it properly transferred.

    Howdy,

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

    Do yo happen to know how they have been contacting us? I’m not seeing any recent support conversations from the WordPress.com user account that owns the ONSITE-TEAM.com domain registration. The most recent was from 9 months ago.

    Can you have them log into their WordPress.com user account and post a request to this thread?
