OnSwipe Theme

  I have posted twice on Forum and am getting the run around about the Onswipe iPad theme. WP says they aren’t reponsible and WooTheme says they aren’t either. Someone has to be able to fix a bug with it!!!!
  When we have a post with a featured image, the image shows in ‘thumbnail’ form but when you tap on the ‘thumbnail’ to read the post… the image doesn’t show up at all.
  Please help me contact the correct person to fix this issue.

  Well, we aren’t directly responsible for it, and it’s not from WooThemes either.

  Can you take a screenshot of what you see and upload it via Media -> Add New in your Dashboard, and we’ll see if we can send it to the right people?

  You can take a screenshot on any iOS device by pressing the home and power button at the same time.

  For god’s sake, WP has a default theme for iPad and no one knows who it was created by? It is defective and no one knows. This is my 3rd try.

  I have loaded 2 pics in media:
  photo is the ‘thumbnail’ screen showing the article
  photo 1 is when I tap on that post and it opens. There is no image at all. The reader never sees the full image. That isn’t acceptable.

  Onswipe is provided by http://onswipe.com/ which is what I meant about not being directly our responsibility and trying to get it to the right people.

  As for Onswipe’s behavior in this case, it’s entirely normal. The image is just attached as a featured image, it’s not part of the post content. It needs to be part of the post content to be displayed via Onswipe.
