  Hi,

  I have received an email from you stating that my WordPress subscription will expire on: February 8, 2023 if I do not enter any personal data. This is for the site: studiorevontuli.com

  However, I have never created an account for this WordPress site.

  I would like to hear from you how you got here and what I should do.

  Hi Merel, it appears that studiorevontuli.com is indeed a website which exists, and the domain is registered with us here at WordPress.com. The WordPress.com account that you’re writing from does not appear to be associated with this site, however.

  It sounds like you may have set up a WordPress.com account previously which you did not then use. It is likely to be associated with the email address to which that email was sent. Because of that, we would generally suggest logging in using the email address to which you received that notification, so that you can choose to manage the item(s) at this address:

  Thank you for the resons. I can’t login with the email address that is using for WordPress account, because it says that the email address does not exist.

  If we are not using the WordPress account or the WordPress domain name, then it should not be a problem that our subscription expires? Because that is someting i am afraid of.

  Can you share what is in the “to” line of the email we sent? We’ll look this up for you. The email will be redacted from public view.

  If you’re absolutely not using it anymore and will not use it, I wouldn’t worry about it. But someone did build a site there using outside plugins and all. If the plan expires, parts of that work would be lost, and it does look like someone did a fair bit of work on the site, and just did not launch it yet.

  Does the name studiorevontuli.com ring a bell at all? If it does, let’s figure out how to help you log in so you can see what’s there before letting it expire.
