Oops! An error occurred while saving the post. User cannot edit post

    When trying to publish a post I repeatedly get the message, “Oops! An error occurred while saving the post.
    User cannot edit post”
    This is the third mysterious problem I’ve had in the last two hours or so:
    1. Unable to establish a domain name.
    2. Unable to upload images or see my media library.
    3. Unable to publish or save a blog post.
    Is it me or is it WordPress?
