  …please cancel and refund today’s purchase of the premium linen theme. i am not going to use it.

  Volunteers cannot deal with your issue — only Staff can. You will have to contact them using this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

  Yes macmanx. I checked my bank account today and there is still one (1) charge for $68.00 from WordPress for the linen theme. Apparently, someone from WP charged it again. Please cancel this one more time…

  It looks like you bought it twice, and we refunded it twice.

  The last refund left our account on October 17, and it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
