Oops! Message received when importing Tumblr

  Regarding importing, when I click to connect to Tumblr during the importing process, Tumblr opens then immediately disappears. An ‘Oops!’ in squared red pops up on my screen, and the WordPress import screen reverts back to click to import stage.
  Any thoughts on how to remedy the issue?
