oops page cannot be found

    Hi, I added a new menu header called products tried, then a subhead called Eakin cohesive seal. When you click on them , the pages have disappeared.I may have deleted something. Should I delete these and start again? and how do I do this without disrupting anything?
    Also, my details seem to be in the comments lines where viewers should be putting in their details, how do I get rid of these?
