Oops! Page can't be found. help?

I recently created a website and wanted to change my theme, so I did this and now when I click on my drop down menu’s to see the page I’ve created it says ‘OOPS, PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND’ can anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
