Getting an “oops page cant be found” error message. I tried on Chrome and it works, but Explorer does not. Another user used Chorme and ran into this issue
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It shouldn’t work with any browser as the oops message simply means you haven’t either published the page you want to display as the front page or you need to set the correct page at Design/Customize/Homepage settings.

Just adding to @themagicrobot’s advice that as a Business plan user, you have 24/7 access to Live Chat when you post to https://wordpress.com/help/contact when logged in with the account that has the upgrade. You needn’t post to the community forums.

Hi there,
Your Home page is currently set to draft.
Go to https://wordpress.com/pages/drafts/147477762, edit that page, and publish it, and the front page will show that page’s content instead.
Or if you want to assign a different page from the ones that are published as your front page, you can do that from My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Homepage settings:
