“Oops, you don’t have enough credits” when ordering

    Hi, I’m having issues with my woocommerce checkout and need help! I have turned coupons off and had a look at all the details in the back end of my site but it keeps coming up with “oops, you don’t have enough credits” for clients when they order, I use stripe for the payment plugin. There have been other forums on this but no answers what am I missing?
