Open Graph meta tags on home page?

    Open Graph (OG) meta tags are showing up properly and pages/posts images/excerpt show up fine in Twitter cards and Facebook.

    Is there any way to set the Home page OG tags to image and text of my choosing? If not, this would be a nice feature since tweeting out the blog home page on Twitter showed nothing but the URL and on Facebook only some scant information and no image.
