Open image in new tab

  please I can’t find the way how to make an image in my post able to open in new tab just by clicking on it. I have personal account so I can’t use any plugins.
  is there any way how to do it without plugins? I can switch the image to html editor and the code looks like this:

  <figure class=”wp-block-image size-full”><figcaption>kliknite pravým “otvoriť obrázok v novej karte”</figcaption></figure>

  Hi there,

  It is possible to add a link URL to any image, and have that image open in a new tab (instead of the tab your site visitor is already on.)

  This is difficult to explain in words, so I recorded a quick video to show you how to do it.
