"Open in new window" box is no longer functional for hyperlinks.

  I have checked the box that says “Open in new window” for each of the links on my post. But all of them open into the same window.

  I’ve just tested the links and they all seem to open in a new window. Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  I’ve just discovered that this is only happening on my work computer; my computer at home is working fine. Must be the browser. Thank you for your trouble.
