Open Link in New Window

  It looks like the interface for links has changed in 6.3 that makes it more difficult to select ‘open link in new window’. It seems that I have to set the link, then edit the link to get to this option. Since I want many of my links to open in a new window, this is causing me more effort. The old interface was just fine, in my opinion.
