  open media in new window, there was an option when editing media in a blog in the advanced setting to open in new window. i don’t see that option anymore.

  The current best workaround would be to use the “Insert/edit link” button in the editor to setup the links and not the media settings. Here is what it looks like: https://cloudup.com/c4GwUDRdQCd

  Click the image and then click the icon that looks like a small chain link at the top of the editor area to see that option.
