Open New Window on Menu Item & Phone Link

Hello,
How can I have a menu item (custom link) open in a new window so that it does not navigate away from the site? I know how to do this in general but in the Menu under the customize area, I do not see how I can implement a blank target anywhere. I need my Menu item WAIVER to open in a new tab or new window. My second question is: can I have a phone number link to call if a user is using a cellphone and if so, how can I accomplish this?

How can I have a menu item (custom link) open in a new window
Is this link part of your site or is going to an external page? With a regular link you can make a little edit in the settings to have it open in a new tab. That’s probably the best option. Custom links can be added through the menu by clicking on My Sites – Customizer – Menu – Add – Link.
You can also create a new page, add that page to the menu, and then write a bit of information and include the link there in the text body of the page.

There’s a few options. I’d suggest using the Contact Info Widget on the site. It gives any business a nice presence of contact details and a Google map.
Another option would be to embed a link from Facetime or Whatsapp in to the sidebar, or even the contact info widget.

Hello, thank you for the information however you did not address my questions. I know how to add custom links to the menu that is not the problem. I need to add a custom external link in my menu that will open in a new window or tab.
As far as the contact question I am not looking for a widget. I am looking to set up the text of the phone number as a clickable link when a visitor is using their phone to view the site. i.e. clicking on the text 555-555-5555 will trigger your phone to dial the number. I know this can be done and I am asking how in this theme?

The links included there tells you how to generate a link that you can use for this purpose. Someone would click the link from their mobile and then it would come through to the designated route. With the Karuna theme you could even link it in a button. Scroll down on the theme instructions to read about that option.
The link can be connected to the phone number, or any designated text. That text can be anywhere on the site.
The phone link at the top of the site is now linked to Facetime. You’ve got that working :)
