open out Stats link to user account

  Hi
  I have set up a new blog for a friend and linked the stats with my own user account. How can I break this association between blog and my user account. When I deactivate the Stats plugin in the backend, reactivate it and try to fill in a new API – it gives my an error. It says, this is not possible. I can invite a additional user, but I want to open up the association with my own user account.
  How can I do this?

  I’ve just found a solution. I have to add another user, promote it to admin and then you can leave the blog. There appears a new button, after add an additional user to your blog stats. Just click on this “leave” button and everything is fine…
