This is a blog in which I’m seeking first-hand accounts from those who’ve had experience with health care in other countries.
I want to set it up so that any reader can post a new entry. How do I do that?

    No, it is NOT.

You could have a wiki, which is set up so that anyone can post to it, or you can make a blog here and create a new username and account, with its own email at Gmail or hotmail or some other free blogging service (create the email first, then create the username) and post the username and password in a text widget in the sidebar so that anyone could sign in and make a post. As long as you don’t also give them the email and password for that, you’ll still control the account. And whatever you do, do NOT make the new user and Administrator, or they can delete the entire blog. And someone will. People are like that.
