‘open requestS’ never addressed

I ask questions many times. It never responds. I have too many issues with site, none of them are solved in forums. I cannot get support to respond. I cannot find solutions to the issues WP is causing. No notices of replies are sent, and the site or app is different every time I open or use. Uninstall, reinstall, cleared, wiped, reset, used other machines, other devices, other accounts, asked other users, and nothing. Only way I could be to blame is if this is all just a hallucination. Since it’s not, and there are real issues happening, what does one do in such a situation? I can try to find this question again by browsing but all other questions I’ve asked in support either vanish or are never even acknowledged. I can’t even find them, and there’s no place in the settings or whatever to find questions I’ve asked. This site seems to be a black hole.
