  Hi,

  One easy way you can add a forum to your WordPress.com site is via 3rd party plugins. One of the more popular forum plugins is bbPress.

  You can install plugins such as bbPress via your WordPress.com dashboard. However, do note that a WordPress.com Business Plan is required to install any 3rd party plugins.
