Open world style template?

    Hi,

    I want to try to create an ‘open world’ style site. I’m not sure how to explain quite what i’m after, but basically a page you can drag to navigate in any direction, with links/images posted about randomly that can be clickable to either lead to a pop up window or a new page. is this possible with wordpress? Are there any templates that offer something like that?
